This allows us to further understand the specific needs of our clients and the environment our careers will be working in. This further build a trusting relationship between our clients and us.
• We use this time to also select the right career for you.
• Once the right caregiver has been selected from our team and briefed on the needs of the client, we’ll introduce both the care giver and you or your loved one.
• Exceptional care is only achieved when a true relationship between carer and client is attained. to help foster this our carers will spend time to get to know their client as a friend and not just a client.
• we will stay in close contact with both you or your loved to monitor progress.
