Home Visit

• Providing exceptional care is our top priority. To do this a home visit to you or your loved one is carried out. This allows us to further understand the specific needs of our clients and the environment our careers will be working in. This further build a trusting relationship between our clients and us.
• We use this time to also select the right career for you.

Carer Introduction

• Once the right caregiver has been selected from our team and briefed on the needs of the client, we’ll introduce both the care giver and you or your loved one.

Relationship Building

• Exceptional care is only achieved when a true relationship between carer and client is attained. to help foster this our carers will spend time to get to know their client as a friend and not just a client.
• we will stay in close contact with both you or your loved to monitor progress
